Adidas' Flagrant Disregard of the Consumer Protection Act. Avoid Adidas Online

I purchased R1646 worth of items, paid with a R1000 gift voucher and R646 on my credit card, I returned two items to the value of R548. Adidas only refunded R215.07 and instead "created" a store credit of R332.93. I don't want a store credit because the order was NOT purchased with a store credit and I may not want purchase anything from Adidas in the future. Adidas' Refund Policy is a flagrant disregard of the Consumer Protection Act.
