Adidas fails to deliver

I bought my daughter a pair of adidas sneakers via their website on 2 September 2023. I received a cancellation email two days later, informing me that my order was cancelled - no reason given.

I then contacted their help desk to ask for a refund. After numerous emails to them, I was told that I would receive a refund by the 22nd of September / this after literally sending numerous emails that went without a reply.

Yesterday I was asked to send my bank statements to prove I did not receive the refund. The gall. Still no refund, no shoes and a very bitter taste in my mouth.
