Adidas Extremely poor service

Do not buy Adidas cricket spike shoes. Adidas do not supply retail stores with replacement spikes and other brand spikes DO NOT FIT. I have mailed ********** twice for the last week requesting answers without ANY response from them. Just to mention I had a different issue with Kookaburra spikes and within 24hours they got back to me all sorted and I am a happy customer. Adidas your after sale services is ridiculously poor and I will assure you as a member of the biggest junior cricket in South Africa I WILL spread the word. Adidas you know about the problem as I have visited Centurion Cricket Company and the staff member said to me that they have endless problems with the Adidas shoes but couldn’t solve my problem.
