Adidas Existing online order

I have ordered Adidas Adelaide aqua slides for my son on the 07 Dec 2025 time 13:40 the price was R499 including delivery total cost R559 the transaction went through but was expecting to get email with the order I didn't get any email I tried to call Adidas online but the line didn't go through I have reached the complaint department Lami respond my email she requested the my details and the screenshot of the payment is have been 2 days they didn't come back to me I even send them email asked them to refund me the money because this query is taking long but I didn't get any communication not happy customer with Adidas online
