Adidas disappoints

most horrible experience ever . I purchased footwear in November month and have returned it by 1st December , today is the 18th and i am still waiting on a refund after calling numerous times , no answer via call or e-mail at all so why do they have contact details available if one cannot get hold of them at all .

i have logged several queries , no answer , the courier collected the shoes on the 1st December but just called me now to ask where the shoes is , uter madness and frustration.

i am still waiting on a refund almost 20 days later where Adidas policy states 14 day refund policy .. disappointing
