Adidas, definitely the impossible is possible.

I bought a sneaker for my daughter end of April. When she opened it the right was size 6 and the left was size 4. We had ordered a size 4. I told Adidas customer service about this and they said a courier would be coming to collect but before that, I had said that I could drop of the sneaker at their woodmead or hillfox outlets. They said no, they will pick it up. It's end of June and I am still waiting for their driver. Promised my daughter that we won't ever buy from Adidas because they are quiet and not even following me up.
