Adidas’ customer service suck!
The worst customer service call centre! I placed an order on December 2nd and it has not been dispatched from the warehouse yet. I called 6 times today in attempt to follow up, but had to hold for 10 minutes each time not getting through to anyone. What are the chances that they will respond to an email following up on my order. Extremely poor service! How am I supposed to follow up on why my order is so delayed if I can’t talk to anyone?

10 Dec 2019, 08:48I have been on the line since 8am, and still didn't get through to anyone. I just want my order to be delivered by next Friday, 20 December when I go on holiday, but I need to speak to someone to discuss the matter. This is absolutely ridiculous!
