Adidas customer service is appalling!

I am experiencing a delivery issue due to an address discrepancy between the courier's records and my invoice. I'm unsure how this discrepancy occurred. Could you please explain why drivers don't contact customers when there's a delivery problem, especially since contact numbers are provided? I have also been unsuccessful in resolving this through customer service.
