Adidas Customer Service **********

I have placed my Black Friday order early on Friday morning, My account has been debited already but the status of my order has been still in the processing, awaiting for payment stage.

I have numerous times tried calling the help line but i get no answer, also sent an email through to the support team, but am still waiting for a reply. Its been 5 days and still nothing.
