Adidas cricket shoes bad quality

Bought cricket shoes from Poobie Naidoos in KZN at the end of Jan 2019. Less than six months later, the spikes started to break off from the shoe. A week later, two spikes had completeley broken off and the rest is loose and bound to break off. A R1000 pair of cricket shoes should not do this in that short period of time. The previous brand he used, he used for almost 2 years until it didn't fit anymore and she shoes still look new.

I approched Poobie Naidoos, who just told me that they have a 3 month exchange period. I questioned them on that, to which they rep**** that they have forwarded my mail to Adidas and I can send the shoes at my own expense "for Adidas to look at".

I approached Adidas, but six emails later I am being ignored. The quality is shocking and I have since spoken to a few people who have had the same problem with Adidas cricket spikes.

This is unacceptable.
