ADIDAS appalling service

Good Day

I ordered a t-shirt online from ADIDAS on the 29/11/2024 and today is the 10/12/2024 and i still have not received it.

I have called and called to no response. I even sent an email but i have not received a response.

My order number is AZA***9

ADIDAS what is going on? where is my shirt or give me my money back. This is poor service for such a global reputable brand
