Adidas App - worst returns process

Logged a return on the Adidas app on 24 September 2025. Today is October 11th and they still haven’t collected the item. I have followed up with their agents on numerous occasions. Many apologies and promises have been made yet I’m still waiting. This is the second time experiencing this with the company. They deliver on time and delay returns while they sit with your money. Beware of the Adidas App!!!
