Adidas and poor service

I’m highly disappointed at adidas, I ordered clothes more than 3weeks ago. They order was suppose to take 7day. Till today I haven’t received anything from them. They don’t communicate with their customers. You have to call them and they delivering guys. Such a big company and poor service. Every time they say give us 48 hours. Yesterday I call them said the order is out but never received the order. adidas is so ***********. I’m never ordering anything from them 🤮
