ADIDAS AND COURIERIT NIGHTMARE DUO!!!

I bought a shirt from ADIDAS for R1 499. Order was confirmed on the 4th of February 2025 and shipped the next day on the 5th of February 2025 using COURIERIT. That is when everything went SOUTH! On the 7th of February 2025, 11:14 I receive an sms from COURIERIT saying my order is out for delivery and then at 11:16 I receive another sms saying my parcel has been delivered. I am at work at this point so I call my sister who was at home to confirm if they have received my parcel she said no. I call COURIERIT and they say they will put me through to the driver, they dont! I try calling again and now my calls are not being answered. I send an email to adidas support on the 7th of February 2025 at night to ask them to intervene as my purchase was with them to begin with. They respond on the 11th of February 2025 with a case number and saying it has been forwarded to the relevant department and they will feedback ASAP. I write a follow up email to them on the 14th stating my frustration to adidas and that it has now been a full week since my parcel went missing! NO RESPONSE!! It is now the 18th of February 2025 and still NO RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK FROM ADIDAS AND COURIERIT STILL NOT TAKING MY CALLS!! So if you are in the business of wasting your hard earned money buy from ADIDAS and they will give your parcel to COURIERIT and you can forget about ever receiving it!!
