Adidas and Courierit -bad combination , both useless

I have ordered on the 26th November , Courierit messages when I track my order , they keep on saying contact unavailable while there is no one attempted to call me or even go to my complex to deliver, so disappointing , I thought adidas was a well managed big company , but what a useless company and its administration, when calling the 086 ....the consultants do not even hear me properly , I think they are Indians , what a mess it was the last time I ordered and I am even giving up on my orders and my money, it looks like a **** , what if it is a ****????
