Adidas abusing my Bank account

I have had the worst experience with Adidas for most of this year, and I am not certain why I go back however, September 2023 was the cherry on the cake. They have been debiting my account indiscriminately, the customer service doesn't answer the phone and the emails they send are straight out of ChatGTP. I am fuming an international brand that uses my bank account as their personal ***gy bank. I ordered products online which they canceled however proceeded to debit me anyway days after they advised me they canceled my order. Not only did they debit me twice for the same order (1 debit minus the product they did not deliver and 2nd debit for the full order) my bank account is R7000.00 overdrawn because Adidas thinks my bank account is at their disposal. They have also failed to refund me for a defective pair of shoes I purchased and returned R2799.00 in total they are sitting with R10 000.00 of my money I am going to my bank and reporting the debits as ***** because that is what it is. Please can you assist.
