Adidas abusing employees

New Adidas Crossing in Nelspruit has a warehouse where employees are working from 8am to 12am daily. This is 16 hours of labour without any meal or transport allowance . The poor employees are being dropped off at the bus terminals at 12am in order for them to catch public transport. How does a company allow such abuse of South African labour law. Women are expected to travel during the AM’s to townships. Their safety is being jeopardized. They are then expected to work the next morning again another 16 hours. No day off!!!!! Please stop taking advantage of people who are in desperate need of a salary and have families dependent on them. They received over 2000 boxes with only 8 staff members. Adidas is an international brand that can afford to hire casualties but is selfish, greedy and inconsiderate. They are only looking at saving costs by abusing its employees just because they are desperate for an income.
