Adidas absolutly useless

I bought a pair of Boston 12 running shoes on the 26th of August and returned it the following day. It is now 5 weeks later, and I still haven't received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and called every second day with no luck. Every time I'm being told it is escalated.

It seems like Adidas South Africa is just useless, I ordered online since Adidas in Mall of Africa is just as useless, the staff never know what's going on, and never keen to help, well this seems to be even worse.
