Adidas - Absolute Useless Customer Support

Ordered online and returned one of the items for a refund. Item reached the adidas warehouse on 17 March 2023, and the email received confirmed that the refund will be processed within 14 business days. It has been 14 business days plus, and no refund. Calling the customer support line weekly, and they promise that it will be prioritized since the 20 April 2023. Since then, nothing has happened apart from customer support offering a weak apology and excuse and that they can't assist as they can't talk to the department responsible for the refund, they can only escalate via email. Adidas also does not respond to any of my follow up mails requesting a status update.

Utterly useless customer support, and really disappointing that a brand such as this is *****ed by such bad customer service, and I am currently out of the money I paid for a returned product.

Adidas won't be seeing me soon if at all.
