Adidas-Ferndale to be precise. Very good sale. Long queues. Poor service at the till. To top it all I have had to return 2 pairs of trainers. No problem. But Today I found out that refunds take 7 to 10 working days, in-spite of using the same debit card. This transaction is electronic so no excuse. Shame on you. R850 held back. Manager did not even bother to come out and talk to me when I asked for a number to complain
