Adidas

My wife bought a pair of sneakers online and our prompt delivery got her a retro Adidas t-shirt. After contacting Adidas I was informed that not only can they not find our order but I WILL not be refunded until I return the sweater! I requested choosing another more expensive pair and paying the difference but I was denied and informed that I will only be refunded on me returning the t-shirt... Which is sealed in the original packaging...Not the best customer service as I was told the matter would be up scaled and a 'manager' would contact me... But alas... Nothing thus far.
