Absolutely terrible customer service!

My online order placed on 2 March included three items, but only one was delivered on 16 March, a week later than expected. I have since contacted your team regarding the remaining two items, yet I have received no response to date (24 March). The absence of communication and urgency in addressing this issue is very concerning.
