The worst service I've ever received. 1. Their courier company service is a joke. 2. After the order has been placed and shipped just know you're on your own. I placed an order on the 24th of April and it was shipped on the 27th. I still have not received it, it's almost a month now. I've been contacting the courier company "COURIER IT" it's a ****, they are filled with lies, everyday "the driver is on his way". I called Adidas 3 times to intervene to the matter, nothing has been done, they never got back to me and whenever I called them it seemed as if no one knew about my issue because they' d always promise to escalate the matter for up to 48hours (3 times!!!). I am extremely furious and disappointed on Adidas. I wouldn't recommend their online platform, it's pathetic.
