2 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE REGARDING MY ISSUE

I posted a complaint on the 22 March 2016, pertaining to video footage request for Sunday 28 February 2016. The only feedback I received was via Hellopeter quote\ Morning Marc, I have sent this information onto our operations manager. Thank you for raising this Rgds Jean.\". <br> <br> Other than this I have had absolutely no feedback, I am utterly disgusted at your customer service and your just dont give a damn attitude regarding my matter. I will never support Adids again and never recommend your brand.<br> <br> I will rather support NIKE as they stand by there brand and there customer service ADIDAS can surely learn from!!! "
