I bought a pair of sneaker for my father@Adidas Pretoria around the 24 Nov 2024.On the 13Dec I traveled to Limpopo and gave my father the sneakers.My father noticed that the sneaker are not the same item(model of shoes).I located the nearest Adidas which was Polokwane.My brother took the sneakers back for exchange and he receive attitude from the ladies who were onduty.They were refusing to change the sneakers saying we should go back and change the shoes at Pretoria.My brother asked for thew manager who was polite and resolved the matter.The ladies were inconsiderate for saying we need to travel back to Pta just to change the shoes,don't know customer service and definitely not client centric.Their attitude was way out.They need to be trained on Professionalism and client centricity.Thanks to the Manager who resolved the matter without making it any big issue.
