Another level of pathetic and rude employees

After I was disrespected in the bathroom by a cleaning lady, i went to the reception to ask to speak to a manager, I got a shock of my life...that the cleaning lady was telling the reception lady about what she told me in the bathroom and the reception lady said to me I TOLD YOU THAT YOU MUST GO UPSTAIRS, i asked her why! She said because the interviews are upstairs, i said to her I am not her for the interview and i do not like your tone, attitude and you did not listen, she says if i want the cleaning lady's manager why do I not ask her myself, then she said i must get a life....I must GO....I am pathetic...basically all the insults she could think about...they all came down to me, i feel undermined, disrespected and disappointed that the global company based in Sandton is represented by such Rude people including people that are supposed to give customer service and welcome visitors in a manner that would make them feel worthy....I will be waiting for a response....unacceptable
