Bad quality hair

I bought DD 16 from them in October. The quality is really poor, I'm convinced I got **** hair. It tangles a lot, I have to constantly use anti-frizz spray. I informed them numerous times that I'm not happy with the quality of the hair and they offered to treat it. I didn't understand how treating the hair would remedy the situation. I do not recommend buying from them.
