Adequate Hair Studio - ******* hair quality and service

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received with these people. I ordered hair from their online store which was relatively smooth up until it was time for me to collect my hair. I had to WAIT before I was told -after I asked- that I need to sms their hair consultant Tasha to collect my hair. That number was always busy and she never responded. Once I finally got ah hold of the lady she told me that she forgot to order the hair????? After complaining that I want a refund moves were made for me to receive my hair but I was met by disgusting behavior from Tasha. Who told me that she is not available to wait all day for me to fetch my hair. She offered no apology at all for her behavior. They use **** advertising too- all images of models or hair on head stand is not ALL their hair. They use Photoshop to add their logo on pictures that do not belong to them. I will never use them and wouldn't advise anyone else to.
