I have singed up for a home fiber package currently still advertised on the Adept website at R479 ..a week after signing up without anyone informing me they increase the monthly premium to R569...while the add for R479 is still active and being used to ***** customers into joining Adept.... How can a company be this dishonest..I called and spoke to the accountants manager Hester this morning..Only to be told there's nothing she can do about it..they can't change the price they are currently advertising their service at ( false advertising)and then she says it's Octotel that increased the price ??????? What kind of business operates like this ??????????.
