Horrible service ever!!!

We made our booking for October month for the Macufe festival via booking.com and we later on canceled and the full refund was due to us, oh boy dealing with Michele was a nightmare she is a ****, and extremely rude. Sending an email to them is an absolute waste of time (in fact when you requesting for a refund) We chatted via WhatsApp as she is very much active there and it was okay I even gave her my card details via WhatsApp,problem started when she was supposed to refund the money then it was story one after the other (property money being kept in 32day notice acc etc) waited for months when we called she drops the call cause i work in hospitality and told her that she then told me to contact booking.com as I made the booking through them she doesn't want to talk to me if I have any quiries i must send them via email (mind you before contacting them I first called booking.com as I know the procedure and it was booking. com that called Adeo and they agreed that they will pay us back and we must just contact the property directly) she then reported me on WhatsApp and blocked me. Eventually we got the refund after 3 months less 10%which was also not part of the agreement as per the terms and conditions of our booking.My advise to anyone who wants to go to Bloem stay away from this property horrible horrible service and I HORRIBLE!!!!
