Do not order and shop online from Adene's Farm Flowers

I bought bulbs online and paid in full, never to receive my order. Even though I was provided with an order number the order did not exsist on their side. Despite numerous emails and proof of immediate payment I have had no luck receiving my order. The initial excuse was new manager and personell, and even though the manager Byron van Neel undertook two weeks ago to pack my order himself and have it delivered, I did not receive my order. Only by sending a final email yesterday demanding a full refund or my order within 24 hours, did they agree to refund in full.
