Pension Funds *****

In June 2018, my father received a call from Adendorffs Accounting Firm requesting him to submit names of beneficiaries for pension pay out of his Father who is deceased. They requested an email address and he gave them my email address. They then sent through the pension forms to be completed by deceased’s children, which they did. Upon returning the forms, the Adendorffs confirm receipt and indicated that beneficiaries would receive money by October 2018. When the date arrived, the money was not forth coming and I then enquired on behalf of my Father. I was informed that Alexander Forbes would pay the money. When I enquired with Alexander Forbes they were unable to locate the pension records of the deceased’s pension using reference number or pension number. They further advised that once the pensioner is no longer alive they move the funds to the pension funds to handle payment of beneficiaries. The email was sent last week Friday to Adendorffs to advise regarding the status of the payment, but they did not reply. I am now suspicious of pension *****. Please assist with investigation.
