Adendorff Attorneys Inc BAD Service

I went to see Adendorff Attorneys Inc in 2016 regarding an RAF claim for my son's father who died in a hit and run. Every month I follow up and I get no positive feedback. I have not even talked to anyone about all my expenses, and all I am trying to claim is maintenance for my son ... Why does it take so long. Why can't someone just let me know what's going on?
