I'm so disappointed and treated unfairly

I am very disappointed with my experience dealing with Burgerbrug Beleggings (previously Adelska Beleggings). I app**** to rent a unit and felt that I was not treated fairly or consistently. I was told that I was not financially stable and therefore did not qualify for the apartment. However, based on my own circumstances, I do not believe this assessment was fair. I previously rented from this company. When I moved out, I restored the unit to its original condition after repainting, yet my deposit was still withheld, which left me feeling that I had not been treated fairly. I also noticed that there were vacant units available, and during the weekend I saw people partying and drinking on the property. This made me question why my application was unsuccessful while others appeared to have been accepted. I asked for forgiveness and beg them, I really needed the unit urgently but they just ignore me. Overall, my experience left me feeling excluded and unfairly treated. I hope the company ensures that all applicants are assessed consistently, professionally, and equally.
