taken for a ride

I ordered a product from adelano In October 2017 and am yet to receive what I have paid for. one thing I have received was a email stating that my goods were shipped and was provided with a tracking nr............well needless to say I was supposed to get my shipment on the 22nd of December and by the 17th of January 2018 it still hasn't arrived. trying to get a response from them looks like it may be just as difficult
