worst service ever!

We decided to have supper at adega last night and the manager himself took our orders. Firstly, we waited more than 20 minutes for our drinks alone. When we asked him about it, he said he will bring it to us but never did. He seemed out of depth and clearly couldn't manage with customers because there were others who also had complaints and some even walked away.we waited for our meals over 45 minutes. We ordered starters which never even arrived. We had to get the assistance of another waiter to help us, her name was sne. She managed to bring us our meals and drinks. Our meals never even come together. It all came few minutes apart. The manager seemed very inexperienced and needs to be dealt with!
