Worst service at Adega Gateway- want our money but can’t offer value for service

I am appalled with the worse service ever from the Adega Gateway Branch, I went in there with a big family and our bill was about R4500 we ordered platters and celebrated a birthday but went home hungry and upset, our moods were upset and changed and the waiters did a terrible job, they made us look for seats they didn’t offer to assist us we kept calling them and they kept getting upset when the food came it was such small portions, the rice was so less the food was dry and when we asked for help they said we should pay more money for extras I mean we invested R4500 and had to pay a 10% tip so they supposed to give us a good time these meals didn’t full us, we even said someone is celebrating their birthday and they advised they don’t sing and don’t give a free ice cream I mean I always go there and they give ice creams for birthdays. I took this up on fb and a manager called me he advised he would like to treat me to a night at Adegas and he advised he will get back to me which he didn’t I messaged him on fb message and they ignored me only to reply a week later and advise that they can’t help me and is not offering us anything how pathetic for management to be so unprofessional. Truly would never recommend this company to anyone
