What a disastereous Valentines

Got there for our booking and the place was busy...to be expected. Got seated and the waitress was quite good although you could see she was overwhelmed.

When our food arrived we started to eat and realised that the prawns had a bitter taste. I could not see our waiterss and called over one of the managers. I placed 1 prawn in a sideplte and asked him to taste it. He said he was not allowed and asked if it was bitter. According to him a couple of clients already complained about it.

Then he told me he would talk to his staff and just walked of without any solution to my problem. So we just had to leave the prawns, eat our steak and veggies and that was that.

No offer to replace the prawns or I don't know??? Whatever!!!!!!!!!!

I went out for a smoke and heard allot of people complaining that after an hour and a half their orders were not even taken so they left!

If a restaurant cannot coupe with a big crowd of guest....DONT OFFER IT!!!

Totally disappointed and disgusted.
