The food was horrible!!!

Hi, this complaint applies to the Adega at the Trade Route Mall in Lenasia. I texted them regarding my complaint via Facebook messenger but it seems that someone read it and didn’t bother to contact me. Just shows how much interest they have in their customers!! This was the first time I tried the Adega Trade Route store and the waitress was very welcoming but I was very, very disappointed with the quality of the meals. The seafood was over cooked and rubbery, the rice was hard, the chips seems as if it was taken out half through the frying process. It all looked so horrible and the same applies to the presentation. I was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes but the meals arrives about 40 minutes later. I can’t believe that I told my wife that good food takes time to prepare and I take those words back. A total waste of R516.00 on my side and I will never walk through that stores doors again.
