Terrible Service at Adega Woodmead

<p> </p> <p>I would like to inform you of the disgusting service we received from your Woodmead Branch on Friday 28 October 2016. We placed an order at 11:08 for delivery, we phoned again to make sure they had the correct order and address because the lady did not sound as if she understood the address. We waited and waited eventually calling to find out where our order was 'the delivery should be there any minute' still no delivery, after several calls and promises and calls to the delivery guy the food arrived at 13:20 - how wonderful. Then the delivery guy had a cheek to tell us he has been waiting at the reception area for 15 minutes with a stinking attitude, stating we better be patient. So it is okay to wait almost 2 and half hours for delivery and still have to guess that your speedy delivery guy is in reception. You are going to have to sort out something as I don't think his attitude is very acceptable unless he is the owner of the branch and that is how he treats customers. Either the delivery guy was driving around with our food for hours or they **** to us stating our food is out for delivery. Also charged us the amount without the discount we received, only saw this on the bill when we left, I also feel like sharing images of the state we received the food in. Management from this branch also doesn't seem to be moved or bothered by this appalling service, will never set my foot in any Adegas again.</p>
