Terrible Service @ Adega Bedfordview

Hi, we have booked @ Adega for a Dinner to celebrate Valentines Day. However our evening was a total disaster.<br> Firstly we were seated and after 10 minutes we were asked by Buhle the waiter to take our drink orders without even having a menu. Her whole attitude was shocking and disgusting. She went off to get the drinks and still no menu to view. We had to ask her to get us menus. She then went away came back after 12 mins to take down the orders but was in a rush to run off. We asked her about the vasco specials and she said it's not available in this branch so we then asked her to suggest what as chicken and prawns and she showed no interest.<br> <br> The food arrived in 20mins and she then disappeared for about 30mins. We then called 3 other waiter to get her back to our table and she said she was busy. We were not given any towel wipes and her whole attitude was unacceptable. We just had enough and decided to leave without desserts or coffees. We have been to many branches of Adega and the best service we received was in Midrand the food is outstanding presentation is class. Our whole evening was spoilt and was very disappointing.
