Terrible Attitudes

<p> </p> <p>I booked a seating of 20 for my mum's birthday in the smoking area, when I got there I was showed my seating area, I went to the shop to get a cake and when i got in my family was moved and I was very confused. So I asked the waiter and he went out and called the 2 managers... instead of them POLITY telling me that I had minors with me that's why they couldn't allow me in the smoking area, which i fully understand, they both stood there and shouted, made my whole family stand outside before telling me that they have moved our table inside to the non smoking area... we were served by a waiter Brian who was brilliant... but as for the 2 managers - they are terribly rude and this isn't the first time I had this encounter with them... this is the 2nd time they both have been arrogant instead of communicating properly knowing that we are their customers...DISGUSTING!!!</p>
