Smiling all around experience

We bought the family special from Eastgate Adega on two separate occasions and both were very satisfying experiences. The 2 cashiers are friendly; when it's past 8pm they still smiled when taking my order and pay attention to detail. They even packed my order with care; I was carrying my son and had to carry the packet of food too so she put the 2l cold drink into a separate packet for my convenience. This gesture was very polite and I haven't experienced it elsewhere. It's service like this that makes customers come back again, and again. Only thing is the food takes a little long which I assume is because of their small space/ small kitchen but in no way is the quality compromised; food is made fresh and served hot.
