shocking service

Went to go get fillets for take aways, took double the time to get the food and then when we got home it had the wrong sauce and the steak was not correctly cooked at all. Phoned the manager and the owner phoned me back saying they would like to replace it. Got the new food and got home again and eveb though we paid for fillet we got sirloin and when I phoned again the owner simply said the staff didn't tell him so thats that. Not going back.
