Refused to accept Entertainer app vouchers

We use the Entertainer app regularly to eat out and have never before had any problems with any of the restaurants listed. We saw that Adega Bedfordview was listed as one of the restaurants offering 2 for 1 specials and therefore decided to go there for dinner with some friends. However, the restaurant refused to accept our Entertainer voucher and give us the discount, despite the fact that they are clearly listed in the app. In addition, they did not attempt to offer us any alternatives, even a free round of coffees, and simply said that they have asked to be removed from the app. Based on how we were treated, we will not be returning to this restaurant again.
