Poor service all around

I have been to the Pavilion Branch Adega's express and I had the worst experience eva.<br> I have eaten at the gateway branch many times and had no complains and expected the same service at pavilion branch but sadly it was not so. I have ordered my food and was told it will be 15 mins. when I went after 20 mins I still had to wait another 10 mins until I got my meal. When I was waiting about 3 other clients came to complain that the food was to salty or chicken was undercooked I started getting worried and when I received my meal all my chicken dishes was uncooked and soaked in hot sauce and was so ugly when I took it back to them then only did it get cooked, I feel that this should not be and should be done nicely the first time. Also when you standing and waiting for your meal you only hear the staff swearing and fighting amongst themselves and I feel this brings the company image down. I had a very bad experience and I will never eat at this branch again.
