poor customer service

On the 16th of October 2015 I went out with my girlfriend for supper at Adega Sandton city, we order our food and was served a rather stranger Smoothie that didn't look like a smoothie at all, we tried to speak with the waiter but he wasn't that helpful then we requested his manager, the manager on duty treated us so bad by making us feel like we have no clue of what we ordered, in my view a manager is there to do damage control however we felt like we were disrespected by him and his staff, we are customers and we must get value for what we pay for, I request that this store be visited by authorities to have them disciplined as we do not feel like they value their customers
