Pathetic service

We visited Adega on the 7 November. I met my family at Adega. My family was using the entertainer app for their meal. My husband and I wanted to order the platter for 2. However they refused to serve us that order. We did inform them that we were not using the entertainer app like my family but they just refused to serve. We asked if we sit at a separate table if we could order the platter but the manager said they they will not serve us at all. We tried to explain that we were paying separately and even didn't mind sitting separately but they just refused to serve us. And eventually we had to go to another restaurant.
