Paid for Food I did not receive and no response on complaint.

I sent the below private message to Adega to allow them to respond before complaining publicly but they have no care to respond.

"Hello, unfortunately I am writing this message to display my disappointment in your store yet again. This is not the first time I've had an issue but the first time I am complaining about it. Earlier this afternoon my friend had called and ordered a meal for myself and another friend which was 2 quarter chicken meals and 1 plain quarter chicken. she went a while later to collect the meal and upon returning to the office we find that only 1 full meal was given while the other 2 were plain pieces of chicken even though we paid for 2 meals and 1 plain chicken. This is very upsetting as I've mentioned above this is not the first time, on more than 1 occasion a leg was given instead of a breast and on other occasions rolls were left out of the meal or the flavor of the meal was wrong even delivery is always an issue with food being delivered more than 2 hrs later on occasion, even now , the order was placed for the two meals to be hot and the other to be extra hot yet non were even close to mild. I'd hate to say this but at the rate that your store is going you're going to lose alot of business purely because of lack of service. Your food is great but I along with many of my colleagues appreciate more than just good food we look for customer service and attention to detail which your store is lacking greatly in."
