Not happy with the service

I placed an order around 11:45 am and was told to collect in 15 minutes time. Due to my busy schedule at work I could not go at the agreed time. Got to the restaurant around 14:10 pm and was told to take a seat, I sat there waiting for 20 minutes without being assisted (funny thing is that waiters were just hanging at the door having casual conversations) and eventually had to head back to work. I called them and to let them know that I had left and request that they deliver but the waiters seemed confused and kept dropping the line. Was told that I can not make payment using a master visa card which was new to me because I had made a payment of that sort a while back. Very disappointed in the service and will inform my colleagues and friends about the bad service received.
